FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) – SHORT TREATMENT

• Inj. Oxytetracycline 20 mg/kg IM × 3–5 days
• Inj. Melonex Plus (Meloxicam) 1 ml/25–30 kg IM × 2–3 days
• Inj. Avilin (CPM) 1 ml/20–25 kg IM × 2 days
• Inj. Tribivet 3 ml
• ORS / Electrolytes in drinking water daily
• Probiotics orally daily

Local care (must):

• Mouth wash: diluted KMnO₄ / Alum / Turmeric once daily
• Foot lesions: clean + antiseptic spray / foot bath

Isolation & soft feed essential.
